With nearly 20 years working in Corporate America, and establishing himself as an expert, leader and mentor in IT, Business Management,  and Analytics, Chirag was getting tired of the same daily routine. With a family to support, and a business that he ran for nearly 10 years, something had to be changed. His realization came at a company meeting with a large client, who had signed a long term contract for IT services, and finding out that due to unexpected budget changes, his services may no longer be required – starting next day! Fortunately that did not happen, but it opened his eyes to the reality that should an event like this happen again, there will be zero income the following day!

It was at this point that Chirag decided to join the Multi Family Real Estate business and become an investor, syndicator and overall expert. With highly analytical background, his approach to business is analytical – review the property, the overall deal, and subsequent execution of day to day business with the same analytical thought, with focus on Best Product, at Best Price, with Best People leading up to Best Results!
